Henry Thumann’s family recipe uses full-muscle meats, only the purest natural ingredients like raw cane sugar, sea salt, and natural spices. There are no fillers, no casein (can cause dairy product allergies), no Carrageenan (seaweed filler), and never any MSG added to any of their products. Thumann’s is the first deli-meat to be certified Gluten Free, and now many are certified by the American Heart Association as heart-healthy: being lower in sodium, fat, and cholesterol.

Their expert butchers, located at their modern and environmentally-conscious meat-processing plant in Carlstadt, NJ, still trim meats by hand, the old-fashioned way. Every product is inspected, to assure the best deli product on the market.
